SHIPPING YOUR PRODUCT(S):
Do not ship us your product before answering this questionnaire.
Please ship out at least 2 units of your product in case one is damaged or if you'd like us to showcase multiple units in your video.
We are closed on Weekends & Major Holidays.
*Our days of closure are NOT included in your delivery window.

If you purchased multiple videos from us such as a Viral Video & Product Review, please repeat the questionnaire process again for each additional video.
DELIVERY DATES:
Video ads will be delivered within 15-30 BUSINESS DAYS upon receiving the product at our studio.
Please note, our operating hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm PST, closed on weekends. Our delivery times are based on BUSINESS days, which DOES NOT include weekends or any Holidays we are closed on.
If your product contains highly specific actor requests, assembly or special training this will push back the delivery date of your video(s).
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:
Clients are responsible for ensuring packages are delivered to our warehouse in a timely and safe manner.
EcomVids is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
EcomVids can only accept packages during business hours Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm. We are closed on all major holidays + additional days that are not included within the delivery window of your assets.
Clients are responsible for purchasing and checking the Tracking Information of their product.
EcomVids is not responsible for any shipping or customs fees associated with delivery of product to EcomVids studio.
Client will receive two automated if product is not received after 7 days and 14 days after questionnaire is completed.
After 14 days, EcomVids is not responsible for any further communication regarding delivery or receipt of product.
COMMUNICATION RULES:
Do not request updates on your order via Facebook Chat, Text Message or contact the CEO directly via any communication channel by any means regarding the status of your order.
