We provide this to ensure your ultimate satisfaction with EcomVids. The goal is reduce or completely eliminate the need for major revisions through full transparency and communication of each project. 

Please include as much information as possible in each video revision request to keep your revisions to a minimum due to the lengthy process of revisions. Understand that every additional round of revisions will be extending the deadline of your project.

EcomVids is not responsible for any copyright issues that may result. EcomVids reserves the right to refuse any content deemed inappropriate or unacceptable. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to have all content of scripts, images, and video to be used in the constructed video and/or website to be approved prior to completion.
